Recently released tight end Aaron Hernandez is no longer playing for the New England Patriots following his arrest in relation to the murder of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd, but he have no official word on what exact charges led to the arrest of the former Florida Gators star.

While Hernandez is innocent until proven guilty, one source close to the situation told Pro Football Talk to “assume the worst” when it comes to the charges that Hernandez will be facing when he faces a judge.

I don’t have a law degree, but that isn’t good.

That could mean that Hernandez is going to be charged with murder or whether he was involved. Of course, this is all speculation based on what the source told Pro Football Talk, so we will have to let the legal system play itself out.

It may be hard to do, but until those charges come and Hernandez is prosecuted in a court of law, he is an innocent man no matter what the evidence may lead you to believe.
