Draft Grade: B

The Phoenix Suns selected Nemanja Nedovic with the thirtieth and final pick of the first round of this year’s draft. The pick will end up with the Golden State Warriors, as the Warriors traded into the draft at #26, and then traded down to #29 and eventually #30. They will stash Nedovic, and hope that his upside will make their move into the draft worthwhile in the relatively near future.

Nedovic only shot 38.1% from the field last season in Europe, and only connected on 34.3% from long range. He isn’t extremely long or athletic, but his intelligence and craftiness are what attracted NBA teams to him. We’ll see how soon he’s able to make it over to the NBA, but it seems to be an iffy pick at #30 for the Warriors.
