NBA Free Agency: OJ Mayo's Potential Suitors Include Jazz, Clippers, Blazers, Bulls and More

Free agent shooting guard OJ Mayo will be one of the more interesting names to watch when NBA free agency kicks off early Monday morning. While Mayo prefers to stay with the Dallas Mavericks — who can blame him with Dwight Howard so heavily on their radar? — it may be hard to convince him to stay once he gets at a look at the contracts he will be receiving from around the league.

Mayo has interest from a number of teams and that could spark a bidding war that turns Mayo in to a very happy man with a fat new contract.

From USA Today NBA insider Sam Amick:

NBA free agency is shaping up to be a wild ride and we haven’t even reached the official start of the negotiation period.

Shortly after the clock strikes midnight Eastern Time, the madness will officially begin and we can see how everything will play out. Until then, let the speculation continue.

We hope that you stay tuned to throughout NBA free agency as we keep you up to date with the latest news and rumors from around the league.
