The Los Angeles Clippers and new head coach Doc Rivers have met with Dallas Mavericks shooting guard and former USC standout O.J. Mayo. But by bringing in O.J. Mayo they might need to dump another player. Guard Eric Bledsoe has gotten a fair amount of interest from around the league. The Raptors have been interested and the Orlando Magic keep exploring it.

The Clippers have had Bledsoe involved in virtually all of their trade talks this off-season. But in order to clear room for free agent targets the Los Angeles Clippers could try and complete a sign and trade with the Dallas Mavericks involving Eric Bledsoe according to USA TODAY NBA insider Sam Amick.

The Dallas Mavericks have been looking for back-court stability since losing Jason Kidd and Jason Terry last summer and whiffing on their attempts to woo Deron Williams away from the Brooklyn Nets.
