Former 2006 first-round pick Jordan Farmar is looking at a potential return to the NBA and the Los Angeles Lakers could be the team that gives him the opportunity. After being out of the league since 2012 and playing overseas, Farmar and the Lakers reportedly have “mutual interest” in a potential reunion.
From David McMenamin of ESPN Los Angeles:

Farmar played for the Lakers from 2006 to 2010, before joining the New Jersey Nets. Since departing from the league, Farmar has played in Israel with Maccabi Tel Aviv and Turkis club Anadolu Efes.
There is a lot of work to do if Farmar is going to return to the league, but the initial discussions are out there.
