The Washington Wizards are not expected to be major players in free agency, but they will be focusing on retaining their own free agents. Forward/guard Martell Webster is on the top of the Wizards list this offseason and they are already working on bringing him back to town.

From Marc Spears of Yahoo! Sports:

The good news for Wizards fans is that the team is looking to lock up their own free agents. The bad news is that it says a lot about your franchise when Martell Webster is your No. 1 priority.
