Los Angeles Lakers Executive Tired of Dwight Howard, Calls Him a 'Kid'

The Los Angeles Lakers have had Dwight Howard’s number and picture draped across famous Southern California landmarks, banners and newspaper ads requesting him to stay, famous celebrities calling him and he’s even been offered his own reality television show by Lakers investor Time Warner Cable if he’d stay.

That doesn’t mean everybody in the Los Angeles Lakers front office is okay with the process though.

According to Arash Markazi of ESPN Los Angeles, an unnamed Laker executive says Dwight Howard is nothing more than a big kid and he or she isn’t thrilled with the way the Lakers are bending over backwards for the Dwightmare.

Not everyone within the Lakers is thrilled with the way the team is recruiting Dwight. Decision makers are and that’s all that matters.

One source said Howard is a big kid and is being recruited like one. Billboards and meeting celebs mean something to him.

In retrospective, it’s hard to disagree with the executive as players and teams (both to blame) have turned free agency into a circus show, but if one team does it – the rest need to follow.

The Executive that Arash is quoting is the Manager of the office cleaning crew……Asish. I guess this guy gets his 15 minutes of fame courtesy of a long lost cousin.
