After meeting with the Dallas Mavericks, Dwight Howard finished his meetings up with a sit down with the Los Angeles Lakers. Most teams said that their meetings with Dwight ‘went well’ and Dwight didn’t break the trend.
“I had a lot of great meetings,” Howard said, via Ramona Shelburne of ESPN.com.
Jordan Schultz of NBC Sports Radio cited a ‘great’ source who said that Dwight Howard was favoring Dallas.
“You do what you got to do,” D’Antoni said. “Dwight will make his decision. Hopefully it’s the Lakers.”
All the teams that have bid for Dwight Howard’s services will have to wait until July 10th, that is the first day a player can sign with a new team.
