NBA Free Agency: Milwaukee Bucks Nearing Deal For OJ Mayo

The Milwaukee Bucks lost J.J. Redick to the Los Angeles Clippers and many expect Monta Ellis to leave town in free agency, so the Bucks are left looking for a shooter to add in their line up. With the opening on their roster, the team appears to be shifting their focus to none other than O.J. Mayo.

From Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports:

Mayo had been strongly linked to the Minnesota Timberwolves, but the team opted to sign Kevin Martin. With the Bucks looking to secure a starting shooting guard, Mayo would be a great option for the team if they can complete a deal.

Free agency kicked off just after midnight on Monday, so be sure to stay tuned to FanSided.com throughout the free agency period as we keep you up to date with the latest news and rumors from around the league.
