Dorrell Wright is becoming a name to watch in NBA free agency as both the Portland Trailblazers and Oklahoma City Thunder have taken a serious interest in signing him to a deal.
The Trailblazers have already offered Wright a contract. On Wednesday the Thunder met with Wright and gave him two contract options to mull over according to Yahoo! Sports’ Marc Spears via Twitter:
Sixers free agent Dorrell Wright visited OKC Tues & was given contract options of 1 or 2 years, a source tells Y! Blazers made similar offer

The Thunder clearly view Wright as a replacement for Kevin Martin, who bolted earlier during free agency. Oklahoma City needs a scorer off the bench to complement Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. Wright averaged nine points per game last season and seems to fit the bill well.
For Wright the decision has to be an easy one, especially if the two deals he has been offered are similar. With the Thunder Wright will have a chance to compete for a championship while acting as a key component. You can’t say the same necessarily for the Trailblazers.
We’ll have Wright’s decision as soon as it happens.
