"We’re not going to revamp our entire security system to perform marriages inside our prison. If you want to get married, what you do is, you stay out of jail."

This is what Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson said in an interview with NFL Network. It may sound a little harsh, but he’s right. It would be near impossible to get a marriage inside of jail, and they can’t use his fame as an excuse to marry them, because it wouldn’t be fair to other inmates who have similar situations.

According to the law, if Hernandez were to get married to his fiancée, Shayanna Jenkins, she wouldn’t be required to testify against him. It was reported that Jenkins was answering questions from the prosecution until Aaron Hernandez called her and told her to stop.

In an article on ESPNBoston.com, there is more incriminating evidence against the former Patriots Tight End. Investigators have fond ammunition similar to that of the ones used to kill Odin Lloyd, as well as a baseball cap and sweatshirt that could link him to the scene of the crime.
