It’s that time of year when EA Sports releases it’s two of its biggest video game franchises: NCAA Football and Madden. Quietly the day before the fourth of July, EA Sports released a trailer for NCAA ’14 on their YouTube Channel. The first play you see is an Ohio State quarterback running the option.
So naturally they switch to former Michigan Wolverine stand out and once upon a time, quarterback, Denard Robinson immediately after.
“The option in this game is going to be off the chain because it’s going to be hard to stop that mobile quarterback,” Robinson says.
“I like to see a quarterback that can still be shifty in the game as well, it makes it a lot more realistic,” former Florida State Seminole quarterback EJ Manuel.
EJ Manuel ended up being the first quarterback taken in the 2013 NFL Draft, he was selected by the Buffalo Bills.
“Football IQ is a big deal but there is no substitute for speed,” Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin says.
“That first cut is key to a running backs success,” former Oregon running back Kenjon Barber says. “That first cut sets up the rest of your run.
