There was a slight scare for Orlando Magic fans today as the number two overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft came up lame during the fourth quarter of today’s early morning contest. Oladipo looked to have tweaked his ankle and could be seen in obvious pain, grimacing up and down the court. Thankfully though, the tweak is considered relatively minor and doesn’t look like it will force the highly touted player to miss any time.

Per Josh Robbins:

Victor Oladipo said his right ankle is a little sore but he said he won’t be missing any summer league games due to it.

With just a small handful of Summer League games, missing any would have been a disappointment for the Magic, their fans and obviously Oladipo but that looks like it will be avoided.

Victor finished with 12 points, three boards, five assists, two steals and three turnovers though struggled with his shot, shooting just 2 of 12. He did get to the line a handful of times, something many consider will be a specialty of his in the NBA.
