Twitter creates controversy again between players and media. This time, it’s between a well-known female studio host and a player that took college basketball by storm last season.

Shortly after we found out that Mississippi Rebels’ basketball star Marshall Henderson was suspended and it’s linked to a failed drug test, FOX Sports’ college football studio host Erin Andrews gave a quick jab that mocked the shooting guard’s antics throughout the season — and he didn’t take too kindly to it.

Obviously, Andrews was just giving a quick jab that any of us in the sports media could have done over Twitter. Knowing how Henderson goes about his business, it’s not a surprise to see him fire off a response. His energy he showcases is tremendous for his team and the game of basketball, but is attitude comes off as childish and defensive, and that has not changed one bit during the offseason.

It certainly doesn’t help that he’s been in jail for these same reasons before, making his response look even worse. Exactly how will Henderson be able to mock Andrews? Unless the Rebels do bring him back, it certainly won’t be in the sports world.
