Kevin Martin To Minnesota In Three Team Trade

Thursday Night was host to a three team trade in the NBA. The headliner of the trade was former OKC guard Kevin Martin. He will be traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves through a sign-and-trade, and will reportedly sign a 4 year deal, somewhere in the $30 million range, according to ESPN.com’s Marc Stein. This trade will also send guard Luke Ridnour to the Milwaukee Bucks.

Here’s what the overall trade looks like:

MINNESOTA GETS — G Kevin Martin, possible cash from Thunder

MILWAUKEE GETS — G Luke Ridnour, a 2014 second round draft pick from the Wolves, possible cash from Thunder

OKC GETS — Draft Rights to Szymon Szewczyk from the Bucks

The T-Wolves will get an experienced shooting guard, which will be beneficial to the team, as will Ridnour be to the Bucks.
