With some offseason rumors suggesting Rajon Rondo could be on his way out of Boston, the All-Star point guard made one thing clear at his basketball camp in Kentucky, he’ll never join the reigning champions.

“I will never play for the Miami Heat”, said the Celtics’ star when answering a fan question.

While this isn’t major news, it certainly will cheer up Boston fans who’ve had it rough lately, with the trade sending future Hall of Famers Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett likely to become official today.
