A Group A showdown is the second of two matches in the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup on Sunday night as Mexico and Martinique fight for second place in their table. The two squads are currently tied with three points a piece, but the winner will be able to automatically advance to the elimination rounds of the tournament.

For the loser of the match, they will still have hope at advancing but it will be no sure thing.

After the top two squads from each table automatically advance, the top two third-place finishers will be given spots in the quarterfinals.
