Home Run Derby 2013: When and Where to Watch

The 2013 Home Run Derby has some heavy-hitters thanks to the teams chosen by captains David Wright and Robinson Cano, along with some late replacements that include Pedro Alvarez of the Pittsburgh Pirates.
