Benedict Cumberbatch Attends 'Sherlock' San Diego Comic-Con Panel Via Video

Rising star Benedict Cumberbatch made his appearance at 2013 San Diego Comic-Con during the panel for the upcoming season of Sherlock. While Cumberbatch was not actually in the studio audience, he was able to catch up with the event’s producers and sent in a video for his appearance.

Also involved in the Sherlock panel were executive producer Steven Moffat, Mark Gatiss and producer Sue Vertue.

“It’s been so much fun, the scripts are just a delight,” Cumberbatch said when speaking about the newest season of Sherlock. “F–k it, I’m going to tell you how Sherlock survived … I know you guys like your spoilers and I feel so much better telling you. Freedom!”
