The Denver Broncos have been dealt a hefty load of off field distractions this off-season. They’ve had two front office personnel arrested for DUIs and a practice team player as well. The front office personnel DUIs, which resulted in their suspensions, would put a bigger work load on John Fox.

But Fox isn’t worried about the extra work load and has faith in the organization according to a interview yet to air. He didn’t specify who would fill the holes, just suggested they’ve got the personnel to handle it.

From Kevin Patra of NFL.com:

"In an interview from the American Century Championship in Lake Tahoe that airs Friday on “NFL Total Access,” Fox said he’s not any more involved in the process than normal.“Well we’re still, you know, involved, the coaching staff, myself,” Fox said. “I’ve got the utmost confidence in John Elway and Joe Ellis and Pat Bowlen. They’ll do the necessary things. We’ve got a lot of good people that can step in and fill those roles. You know, right now my focus is getting our team ready to make a run at a championship.”"

Catch the entire interview with Alex Smith on NFL Network’s “NFL Total Access” Friday at 7 p.m. ET.
