Home Run Derby champion Yoenis Cespedes is returning to the Oakland Athletics line up for the first time since the All-Star break. Cespedes was kept out of the lineup for five games with a wrist injury, but he returns to left field and will bat fifth.

The news surfaced when the A’s tweeted out their lineup card for the game against the Houston Astros.

Cespedes was batting .227 with 15 homers and a .718 OPS before the break.

The Athletics will be hopeful that Cespedes can keep up the momentum that he gained during the Home Run Derby and provide a boost to the Athletics batting lineup.
