The news hasn’t been brought to light, but now we are finally learning that Florida State Seminoles tight end Nick O’Leary was involved in a horrifying motorcycle accident. The accident took place back in May in Tallahassee, Florida, but it is once again coming to light after video of the incident was captured on camera.
The video, which was obtained by Tomahawk Nation, shows O’Leary driving directly in to the driver’s side fender of a vehicle before flying over the handle bars of his bike. The motorcycle shattered in to a lot of pieces, while O’Leary reportedly flew 75 to 100 feet down the road.
O’Leary was lucky, because he certainly could have faced life-threatening injuries.
Instead, he walked away from the accident without any serious injuries. It is simply amazing.
Here is video of the accident for those who want to see what happened.
Last season, O’Leary caught 21 passes for 252 yards and three touchdowns.
Now that he was able to escape a horrifying accident, he will have the ability to move forward and try to become a bigger part of the team’s offense as a junior.
