A player that will remain anonymous believes that Von Miller’s appeal will be upheld, placing him in the clear to play with the Denver Broncos immediately.

From a report by Lindsay H. Jones of USA Today Sports:

"Miller has filed an appeal with the NFL to get the suspension lifted, and though such wins are rare, those close to Miller believe he will eventually be cleared. A person with knowledge of Miller’s situation told USA TODAY Sports that the suspension was not the result of a failed drug test.“He didn’t test positive for anything,” the person said."

While facing the potential of being suspended, Miller voiced his frustration. He vehemently denied failing his drug tests on Twitter and doesn’t believe that he let his teammates down. It turns out that at least one person on the team has his back.

The date of the appeal is not known, according to Rotoworld.

Miller has missed just one game in his first two years with the Denver Broncos. He had 69 total tackles and 18.5 sacks last season.
