The New York Jets and first round draft pick Dee Milliner have agreed to terms on his rookie contract. Milliner is now expected to report to training camp right away.

The deal is for $12.66 million over four years and is fully guaranteed with offsets according to NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport. It also includes a $7.588 million signing bonus. $5 million of that will be paid by August 15th the other $2.338 million by October 15th, and the last $250,000 by March 15th, in time for takes to be paid on April 15th.

From NFL.com:

"Milliner will receive the minimum base salary every year. If he’s on the preseason roster in 2014, he earns a roster bonus of $485,505. In 2015, that figure will jump to $971,010, and if Milliner is on the preseason roster in 2016, he earns $1,456,424."

That leaves rookies, and top-10 draft picks, Jonathan Cooper of the Arizona Cardinals and Chance Warmack of the Tennessee Titans as the only remaining first rounders left to sign a deal.
