The Arizona Diamondbacks and Los Angeles Angels could be looking to complete a deal for starting pitcher Ian Kennedy with the trade deadline coming on Wednesday. The Diamondbacks will see a boost in their rotation very soon with the return of Brandon McCarthy and the Angels could use help in their rotation, so it would be a win-win for both sides, especially if the Diamondbacks can get some solid prospects in return.

This season, Kennedy is 3-7 with a 5.22 ERA this year. He has totaled 101 strikeouts in 119 innings. He has been a bit disappointing this season, but Kennedy still has plenty of talent to offer.
