Hey kids, do you wanna learn how to do the Euro-step? You know, the move popularized by Manu Ginobili that allows you to magically juke a defender sans traveling and go in for a lay-up?

Of course you do!

For all those curious about how the move is done (and for all those evidently unable to just watch and NBA game and figure it out), Nike and Houston Rockets guard James Harden have combined forces to bring you the following tutorial video. In a mere fifty seconds you’ll learn both what to do and — this is amazing — what not to do! Soak it in: It’ll be the most educational fifty seconds of your summer (unless you lose your virginity at summer camp).

(Unfortunately, there’s no sequel video telling you how to sprout a beard as magnificent as Harden’s. As someone with facial hair that has been described as both “epic” and “frightening,” my best advice is to just get bit by a werewolf.)
