Coming close to upsetting the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals last season, Roy Hibbert had a coming out party in the series, showcasing the elite defense and post presence he has developed since coming out of Georgetown. Part of that transformation is clearly due to a world-class work ethic, something that Hibbert showcased recently on Vine.

Dime reported the videos, showing that Hibbert has been going hard in the gym to prepare to push the Pacers to the next level this season. Not too long ago, he posted some video as he pumped out 105-pound dumbbell presses. Today, he posted more footage from his offseason weights workouts.

Hibbert rattles off some pretty impressive high pulls and front squats in the videos. If he is working this hard all offseason the league should be on notice that Hibbert will be even bigger, faster, and stronger in 2013/14. Which is something that Eastern Conference opponents should be very worried about.
