According to Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter, the New York Knicks and Philadelphia 76ers are interested in signing former Los Angeles Lakers point guard Chris Duhon.
Duhon was waived by the Lakers back in June and since then have brought back Jordan Farmar to compliment Steve Blake and Steve Nash.
A return to the New York Knicks would bring him back to the place where he averaged a career best 11.1 and 7.2 assists per game, during the 2008-09 season.
Both teams have a hole at back up point guard and Duhon could be in store for something familiar to his 18 minutes per game he picked up for the Los Angeles Lakers last season.
Duhon appeared in 46 games for the Lakers, shooting 38.2% from the floor.
Although the New York Knicks are giving Bobby Brown a second work out today, Beno Udrih could be the favorite for the Knicks, but will continue to weigh their options as they expressed interest in the 31 year old veteran.
The Knicks and 76ers are showing interest in free agent guard Chris Duhon, league sources tell Y! Sports.
