Week one of the NFL preseason kicks off on Thursday, August 8th, with four days of live football action. Sure, it’s preseason and the games don’t matter, but it’s a little bit of relief  from all the non-stop baseball that’s on in the summer.

The majority of the action takes place on Thursday and Friday nights with six total on the former, eight total on the latter. One game will be played on both Saturday and Sunday. ESPN will show a game on Thursday night with the NFL Network going into overdrive with five live games.

With the exception of nationally televised games, all the other games can be seen online on NFL Preseason Live. There are blackout restrictions, so those that live in a team’s market will likely find that game on a local affiliate.

For those that are patient, NFL Network will broadcast all the games on tape delay.

All times eastern. Live games are designated with a TV network next to them.
