Washington Redskins at Tennessee Titans: live stream, start time, TV info and more

The Washington Redskins will be without star quarterback Robert Griffin III as they open up the 2013 NFL preseason on the road, but it will be important for the team to see how they stack up without their franchise quarterback in case his recovery does not go as smoothly as planned.
To test out their roster without RG3, the team takes on the Tennessee Titans on the road.
For Tennessee, they need to get a good look at Jake Locker as he looks to finally make the jump from being an average quarterback.
