Little League World Series 2013: Where are the teams from?

The 2013 Little League World Series kicks off today with the first game at 1:00 p.m. ET between Latin America and the Carribean. There are also three other games — Southwest vs. Northwest, Australia vs. Mexico and Southeast vs. New England — to complete the first day of action.

There are a total of sixteen teams in the tournament, so it is hard to keep track of where every team is from. Luckily for you, we have those answers.
