Barkevious Mingo released from hospital

Cleveland Browns rookie linebacker Barkevious Mingo had a health scare during the team’s second preseason game when he suffered a bruised lung. Mingo was taken to the Cleveland medical center where he stayed for two nights.

On Saturday morning, a report surfaced that Mingo had finally been released from the hospital.

From Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports:

Mingo is expected to take anywhere from one to three weeks to fully recover, but he should be 100 percent for the start of the regular season which is all that the fans can ask for.

It is good to know that Mingo is okay.

Unfortunately for the Browns, there are many other significant injuries that they will need to sort out, but their focus will be to push forward and use their new offensive and defensive schemes to make a big splash in the AFC North.
