2013 college football rankings: AP Top 25 poll released

You know we are getting closer to the start of the college football season when the first AP Top 25 poll is released. On Saturday morning, that is what took place and it comes as no surprise that the Alabama Crimson Tide are the overwhelming No. 1 team in the country, with Ohio State coming in at No. 2.

Just how big of a gap was there between Alabama and Ohio State? It was a historical difference.
