English Premiere League 2013: Arsenal vs Aston Villa all goals (Video)

Aston Villa traveled to the Emirates Stadium to take on Arsenal FC. At first it looked like Arsenal was going to run away with this one. They got an early goal from Olivier Giroud in the sixth minute. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain received a pass along the far side of the pitch along the touch-line about 20 yards from the corner. He brought it in to the edge of the 18-yard box and sent in a pass towards Olivier Giroud who simply tapped in past the keeper.

Aston Villa managed to keep their composure and didn’t allow Arsenal to run away with this one. Gabriel Agbonlahor was breaking into the box when Wojciech Szczesny dived at his feet to get the dribble but committed a foul in the process giving Aston Villa a penalty kick.

Christian Benteke took the penalty kick, deciding to go left. Wojciech Szczesny saved the initial penalty kick but it bounced up into the air and a charging Benteke managed to head it in, negating Szczesny’s efforts.

Second Half:

Laurent Koscielny reached in for the ball that was being brought into the box once again by Gabriel Agbonlahor and the tackle resulted debatable call  resulted in a yellow card. Christian Benteke once again lined up to take the penalty kick. He went towards the left bottom corner again, but unlike his first attempt he scored on the right footed strike.

Antonio Luna scored a left footed shot from the center of the box to give Aston Villa a 3-1 lead.
