USC Trojans wide receiver Aaron Minor pulls off behind-the-back catch (video)

USC Trojans wide receiver Aaron Minor pulled down a remarkable behind-the-back grab against teammate Chris Hawkins during a scrimmage on Friday, and the footage has thankfully made its way onto YouTube. Sure, catching a ball like this in practice isn’t quite as impressive as pulling it off in a game — you all remember Tyrone Prothro, right? — but it’s still damn cool.

USC, of course, is coming off a disastrous 2012 season. While Lane Kiffin is supposedly not on the hot seat, there are plenty of fans displeased with his performance (not made any easier by the scholarship reductions, mind you). The Trojans have the best receiver in the nation in Marqise Lee — who unfortunately bruised his shoulder the other week — but there is still uncertainty regarding which quarterback will be throwing him the ball.

Until the season opener against Hawaii, USC fans can be content with watching this clip over and over (hey, it beats watching those 2012 highlights).
