Seeding for the 2013 U.S. Open


The seeding for the 2013 U.S. Open was announced on Monday, with Novak Djokovic being granted the top spot. Rafael Nadal, who just won the Western and Southern Open in Cincinnati, was given the second seed. Roger Federer received the seventh spot.

The highest-seeded American is John Isner, who beat Djokovic at the Western and Southern Open before falling to Nadal in the final. Isner sits at number thirteen.
