The Little League World Series is in full swing and the participants have continuously showed incredible moments of sportsmanship, like this story of Australia lending their equipment to the Tennessee team so that they could practice after their luggage was late to arrive.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the Little Leaguers participated in all® and Snuggle ® “Strike Out Stains Challenge” in an effort to raise money for the Little League Challengers division.

The Challenger Division “was established in 1989 as a separate division of Little League to enable boys and girls with physical and mental challenges to enjoy the game of baseball along with the millions of other children who participate in this sport worldwide.”

The kids participated in the fun event where they threw socks in to a washer and $5 was donated for every sock that successfully made it in the target. When it was all said and done, a total of $5,000 was raised for the Challenger Division.

It is just the latest great moment that we have learned of from the Little League World Series and we are sure that many more are to come.
