The Philadelphia Eagles are entering a critical phase under new head coach Chip Kelley this week. The final roster cutdown will help the former Oregon head coach determine who he believes the best 53 men are that give him the best shot at not only winning this year, but establishing a foundation that he hopes helps him last longer than most coaches who attempt to make the jump from college to the NFL, only to fail miserably.

He’ll be faced with some difficult decision to make this week in regards to who he cuts, and two players he’s having to consider were once viewed as key pieces to what looked like a bright future for the Eagles.
