High school plays fainting goat prank on quarterback in practice (Video)

Tonopah Valley High School football team played the “fainting goat” prank on it’s quarterback. Basically, when the quarterback yells hut everyone on the team falls down and plays dead. It is actually not as stupid as it sounds and is kind of funny and a harmless prank.

They actually did a better job then their collegiate counterparts. The University of North Carolina tried the same prank during a spring practice and didn’t execute it quite as well. Looks like the Tarheels still need to work on their snap counts.

This is the latest in a series of pranks we’ve seen from football teams this summer. Nebraska Cornhuskers head coach Bo Pelini pretended to get into an argument with a player and smashed his cell-phone with a hammer. Michigan State Spartans coaching staff and players were treated to the classic “mannequin” prank.

It’s all harmless fun that builds a kind of camaraderie amongst teammates and a sense of brotherhood ahead of a season.
