Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd copies Johnny Manziel's 'show me the money' gesture (video)

Yesterday afternoon, Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel set the internet ablaze when he not only signed an air autograph for a Rice defender but also rubbed his fingers together after a touchdown, in essence a ‘show me the money’ type gesture (Tom Cruise would be so proud).

Apparently, Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd was watching and has a good sense of humor or he just happened to do the same exact action on the same exact day, just hours later.

I’m going to take a stab in the dark and suggest he was watching.

During last night’s game against the Georgie Bulldogs, Boyd had an early rush into the end zone and promptly put his two fingers together, exactly like Manziel.

I’m guessing it wasn’t as much of a slight to Manziel as it was Boyd having a little fun, poking at all the attention Manziel is receiving while Boyd isn’t getting anywhere near the same hype (which he probably feels he deserves).

Either way, a pretty funny moment that wasn’t captured by television cameras, unlike Manziel’s.
