The Miami Dolphins cut down to their final 53-man roster on Saturday afternoon, which meant a number of players were getting a visit from the turk and watching their time with the team come to an end.
The Dolphins cut list lacked any star power or big names, but there are plenty of players that can help out a team down the line and find a home in the league.
Here are the players that received their walking papers and missed out on the final 53-man roster:
OT Jeff Adams, LB Antwan Applewhite, G Chris Barker, C Sam Brenner, WR Chad Bumphis, QB Aaron Corp, WR Keenan Davis, DT A.J. Francis, RB Jonas Gray, S Keelan Johnson, S Jordan Kovacs, OT Andrew McDonald, WR Marvin McNutt, TE Kyle Miller, DE Tristin Okpalaugo, CB Julian Posey, CB De’Andre Presley, DT Kheeston Randall, DT Tracey Robertson, LB Lee Robinson, LB Austin Spitler, WR Brian Tyms.
The two most intriguing names on the list are running back Jonas Gray and wide receiver Marvin McNutt.
Neither guy will be a star, but they can blossom in to a solid contributor for anyone in the league.
