After keeping only 2 quarterbacks yesterday, NBC Sports is reporting that the New Orleans Saints have signed QB Ryan Griffin to their practice squad.
Griffin signed with New Orleans as an undrafted rookie out of Tulane. Griffin started 39 games in his college career with 9,026 yards passing and 79 touchdowns.
During the preseason Griffin threw for 380 yards with 2 touchdowns and 1 interception.
Griffin is currently the backup behind Drew Brees and Luke McCown on the Saints roster.
