Tim Tebow was among the final cuts of the New England Patriots on Saturday and he was not shown any love after hitting the waiver wire. Tebow successfully passed through waivers on Sunday without any team in the league placing a claim on the former Florida Gators standout.

At this point in his career, it looks like Tebowmania has come to an end.

It is hard to imagine a scenario where Tebow signs on with a team — unless their is a devastating injury to a top quarterback — and there has been no interest in his services since the New York Jets cut him loose. New England was viewed as his final chance and he blew it with even more terrible play during the preseason.

Tebow doesn’t have what it takes to make it as an NFL quarterback and the Patriots gave him the opportunity to show that off one final time.

There was one team that could have been an option for Tebow which was the Buffalo Bills, but they have already said they have no interest in bringing in the media darling.
