I’ve never been in a band (well, except one, but my Grandmother told me to knock it off because ‘nobody liked 15 year old’s who sang with stuffed animals’) but I do know about ‘band wars’, which ironically enough isn’t a television show on A&E – yet.

Anyway, during yesterday’s route of Central Michigan, the University of Michigan band decided they’d have a little fun at the expense of bitter rival Ohio State.

Of course, Ohio State was nowhere to be found as they had already played Buffalo, far, far away from Michigan but that didn’t stop the Wolverine band from spelling out ‘OHNO’ on the field during their halftime performance – a ‘shot’ at Ohio.

Granted, it’s not much of a slight but I guess you’re somewhat restricted when your major death blow is being captured spelling out a word from the press box.

I’m sure the Buckeye band is vehemently preparing for what should be one of the best band wars EVAR, which might come to a head on November 30th when the two universities match up.

DO I SMELL A BATTLE OF THE BANDZ?!
