The Phoenix Suns are just a few weeks away from the start of training camp and according to a handful of reports, it’s unlikely that Michael Beasley will be joining them.

Beasley has been the subject of much speculation during the past two weeks, though despite reports suggesting he was released, Beasley is still a member of the Phoenix Suns – for now.

That’s likely to change however as Paul Coro believes it’s just a matter of time before the Suns cut ties with Beasley:

It is September, the last month of Michael Beasley’s Suns career.

If that’s not quick enough for you, John Gambodoro of Arizona Sports doesn’t believe the Suns will even wait that long, hinting that he expects Beasley to be looking for a job in just a matter of days.

With 17 players currently under contract, the Suns are going to do some house cleaning and what better place to start than with the oft-troubled Beasley.

Despite his issues however, Beasley, who’s never lacked talent shouldn’t find it too difficult to secure a roster spot in the NBA.
