During coverage following the match up between the UCLA Bruins and Nevada WolfPack in Week One of the college football season, the Pac-12 Network had an entertaining in studio moment courtesy of Pro Football Hall of Famer Ronnie Lott.

While the crew was recapping the action from UCLA’s dominating 58-20 win at home, Lott backed up in his chair and went for a little ride.

We aren’t sure exactly what caused the mishap, but the result was Lott going head over heels as his chair crashed to the ground. Of course, the moment was followed up with laughter from everyone in the studio.

After all, it’s not often that you get to see one of the most feared defenders in NFL history looking like your average human.

Here is a GIF of Lott’s spill, courtesy of Bleacher Report:

That is just the beauty of live television.

It is refreshing to see human moments during studio segments and this is one that we can all relate to. I mean, who hasn’t had that time when you leaned back a little too far in your chair only to go for a ride?

We all feel your pain, Mr. Lott.
