Severe storm delays Michigan State, USF tilt in East Lansing

A severe storm has delayed the start of the Michigan State and USF game Saturday in East Lansing.

The game was slated to kickoff at noon on ESPN2, but it will now start at 12:30 p.m., assuming the weather clears.
