Chicago Bulls’ Derrick Rose takes on three samurais (Video)

Chicago Bulls point guard and MVP Derrick Rose is currently overseas in Asia promoting basketball and was in Japan over the weekend. He played some one-on-one earlier but after handling that competition fairly easily he upped the ante.

This time he took on three samurais, though only one seemed to be really playing any defense. Still Rose does some fancy dribbling while sizing the opponents up and goes to the left splitting two of them and breaking away for an easy dunk. The good thing about this video is that Rose shows some explosiveness and quickness.

That has to have the Bulls fans feeling excited about his return to competition next season. The Bulls did well in his absence but could take it to another level with the return of Rose.

It reminded me of an old Nike soccer commercial where some soccer stars try to steal a soccer ball protected by ninjas. Maybe Adidas will take this as a suggestion to make their own Rose vs. Ninjas commercial.
