San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has the Green Bay Packers number and that was on display again during the 2013-14 NFL regular season-opener on Sunday afternoon. Kaepernick was able to do seemingly anything that he wanted and he helped to lift the Niners and many fantasy football teams to victory.

While Kaepernick’s legs helped to show holes in the Packers defense during their match up in the playoffs last season, this time the former Nevada Wolf Pack standout was able to beat the team with his arm.

Kaepernick rushed for just 22 yards, however, he completed 27 of 39 passes for 402 yards and three touchdowns. He boasted an impressive 129.4 quarterback rating and scored 30 points in standard scoring ESPN Fantasy Football leagues.

If you were among the just 75.9 percent of fantasy football owners that started Kaepernick in Week One, you are likely sitting back with a smile on your face and wondering what type of success your team will have this season.

Like with the 49ers, your fantasy team has a real chance at riding Colin Kaepernick to a championship in 2013.
