Miami Dolphins cheerleaders make their own version of Robin Thicke's ‘Blurred Lines’ video

If you haven’t seen the real version if Robin Thicke’s ‘Blurred Lines’ video, you’re missing out.

The somewhat minimal, though artistic piece features Thicke along with both rapper T.I. and producer Pharrell (who are both featured on the track) being groped by scantily clad (and at some points, no clad) women. The song itself isn’t half bad either, but the video? Fantastic.

So when the Miami Dolphins cheerleaders decided to do their own version of ‘Blurred Lines’, the expectations were left pretty high.

They dropped quickly.

The bikini wearing cheerleaders were a fantastic touch, obviously, but the awkwardly large, somewhat nightmarish Dolphin mascot wearing a tuxedo a size too small is something that you can’t really get out of your brain, no matter how many times you try to bleach it. Trust me, I’ve tried.

In all seriousness though, it was a cute idea and the ladies (along with the slightly terrifying mascot) did a solid job replicating the hit song and video.

Needed to be a bit longer, but, good attempt no doubt.
